Era Dining Chair
The Era Dining Chair is an innovative dining chair with a modern mix of industrial steel and organic wood. Designed by Sven Ivar Dysthe in the mid-1950s, Era is notable through the steam bent T-shaped wooden backrest and veneer seat that appears to be floating above the powder-coated steel frame. Era is the perfect combination of aesthetics and function, brought into production by Eikund for the first time since the prototype was displayed at the Association of Applied Arts' Autumn Exhibition.
Eikund is a Norwegian company dedicated to producing high-quality and long-lasting classic designs all while sourcing materials responsibly and reducing CO2 emissions and toxic chemicals.
