Futura Hanging Mobile

The Futura Hanging Mobile is from the iconic Flensted Mobiles. Each piece is created by hand on the beautiful island of Funen, in Denmark.

For over 60 years, Flensted has employed "homeworkers" to to assemble their mobiles: meaning they are created in peoples homes, with regular visits to provide them with supplies and new mobiles, in exchange for the completed ones.

The Flensted Futura Model, was originally designed in 1970 and features bars of light and heavy elements suggesting 6 planets and a moon.

The Large Flensted Futura Hanging Mobile works perfect in numerous places throughout your home, adding a sculptural element that's visually appealing.

Made from high quality beech with metal rods.
