Motif Armchair

The Motif Armchair by Form and Refine features sophisticated aesthetics in a pure and compelling form. Classically Scandinavian, The beautiful webbing is twisted by a 35 millimeter horizontal and 50 millimeter vertical webbing-band, making it not only an outstanding design element but fitting the chair’s dimensions to perfection. This technique is also replicated on both sides of the backrest, providing the same visual appearance from any viewpoint. 

The natural webbing seat provides a high level of comfort for sitting long periods of time while the solid oak frame provides a high quality, hard wearing seat that's designed for long-lasting usage.

Designed by Danish designers Herman Studio for Form and Refine, the designers wanted to create chair that is harmonious and beautiful from all angles. While many webbed chairs are left unfinished in the back, the Motif Armchair webbed backrest is fully finished making it aesthetically pleasing when placed against a table. The legs’ oval profile is continued throughout the frame of the chair.
